On my long runs though I am like where should I go? Mostly cause I am new to this area. I GPS on my phone with my running app where I am going, how far, and the speed which helps with this problem. I think this where should i go, is only going to get worse when the even longer runs are needed.
I am guilty of being lazy and not going running for the third week. It all started when I felt sickness approaching. Sore throat etc. So I went to yoga instead of running in hopes of realeasing some of those sick toxins. Alas I still got sick. So I just did not run for fear of getting worse. However I still got sick so then while I was sick I just didn't go either. I did more yoga and a lot of walking (I live in New York so I walk a minimum of a mile a day and up to four miles in a day.) Therefore I feel like I will be ok. Yesterday, I went running for the first time, I am still a little sick but will manage.
